- 返品・返金・キャンセル
デジタルコンテンツの性質上、購入後の返品・返金は、法令上必要な場合を除き、お受けしておりません。

【無料トライアル】無料トライアル期間の終了の24時間前までにいつでも解約でき、解約された場合は料金は発生しません。
【解約】iPhoneの「設定」›「Apple Account」›「サブスクリプション」から解約できます。解約すると次回以降の自動更新が停止し、お支払い済みの期間の終了日までは引き続きご利用いただけます。残りの期間の日割り計算による返金はいたしません。

- Charges other than the price
You pay your own internet connection charges.
- Payment method
The payment method on your Apple Account (App Store).
- When you pay
Apple charges you when you confirm the purchase. After that, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, Apple charges for the next period before it ends.
- When the service starts
Plus is available as soon as payment completes. Plus Yearly may include a free trial for eligible customers. A free trial becomes a paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Returns, refunds and cancellation
Because this is digital content, we do not accept returns or refunds after purchase, except where required by law.
Apple purchases: refunds follow Apple's refund policy. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free trial: you may cancel at any time up to 24 hours before the trial ends, and you will not be charged.
Cancellation: cancel in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops automatic renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund or pro-rate the remaining period.
