Live is a two-way interpreter. Put your iPhone between you and the person you are talking to. As each of you speaks, you each read the other in your own language.

Ask turns what you want to say into a natural phrase, with a note on when to use it.

Photo reads a notice, sign, letter, or menu and gives you a one-line summary, what you need to know, and the full translation.

Why this exists

Jay, the founder, lives in Japan and kept watching the same thing happen: two people who genuinely want to talk, separated by a language wall. Translation apps exist, but copying, pasting, and switching back and forth drains the warmth out of a conversation.

The goal is not translation for its own sake. The goal is that the conversation keeps going: with your neighbor, your in-laws, your coworkers, your friends. Let's Tango folds translation into the conversation itself so nobody has to leave it to be understood.
